April 15-16, 2021 was organized by the Kazakh National University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov. The Republican Olympiad with international participation was held online: 11 teams from 5 universities from two republics (Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan). On behalf of I.K. Akhunbaev Kyrgyz State Medical Academy participated two teams: Stern and Fito-pharm.

The Olympiad was held in three rounds, in three directions: "Clinical Pharmacy", "Pharmacy Management", "Quality Management". According to the results of the Olympiad, the students of the "Pharmacy" Faculty of the Medical Academy took the following prizes: The Stern team took 1st place - in the direction "Management pharmacy "; Fito-pharm team 2nd place - in the direction of "Clinical Pharmacy". Particularly distinguished among the participants of the international Olympiad, the captain of the Fito-pharm team, a 5th year student of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Diana Zhakypova, who was awarded the category "Breakthrough of the Year". The jury included Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Ulangul Tilekeeva from KSMA.
