The day before, at the Medical Academy of Kyrgyzstan named after I.K. Akhunbaev there was held a training course on the development of curricula and programs for medical education with the participation of relevant representatives of medical universities and medical faculties of the republic.
It was conducted by experts from Geneva, Switzerland, Matthew Nendas, physician of internal medicine at the University Hospitals of Geneva and professor at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Geneva and Nu Viet Wu, Professor Emeritus of Medical Education at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Geneva. During the training, clinical tasks, situational tasks, test tasks, analysis of the implementation of programs, evaluation of programs based on work and other key points in the development of curricula and programs were worked out. The rector of KSMA Indira Kudaibergenova took part in the training.
