Yesterday, November 14, 2019 in the shopping and entertainment center "Asia Mall" there was held an event dedicated to the World Diabetes Day, organized by the SOS charitable foundation in cooperation with the Scientific Society of Young Scientists and Students (NOMUS) and the Department of Internal Medicine Propedeutics with a course in endocrinology KSMA named after I.K. Akhunbaev.

During the event, students and clinical residents actively worked with the participants: they conducted glucometry, consultations on diet, and disease prevention. Over 300 people were examined. During the action, 300 people were examined, cases of high blood sugar were also identified, and they were recommended to undergo a more detailed examination. A concert program was also organized for the participants of the action with the participation of famous pop singers and dancers of the republic.
