Today, on September 18, 2019, an event dedicated to the World Day of First Aid was held in the morphological building of the I. K. Akhunbaev KSMA. It was organized by the Society of Young Scientists and Students of the Medical Academy (NOMUS) together with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Society "Red Crescent of Kyrgyzstan" and the volunteers of the ESO EAST Kyrgyzstan project.

During the event, its participants learned a lot of information about primary and secondary examinations, actions before, during and after the earthquake, as well as acquired skills in providing emergency assistance to victims, observing the work of experienced employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and listening to lectures by employees of the National Society "Red Crescent of Kyrgyzstan", the National Society of Neurology.
