25.03.2024 assistants-prof. of the department of hospital therapy with a course of hematology Adilet Musakeev, Bermet Tagaeva, Dilfuza Atabaeva, Aigerim Janybek kyzy conducted a curatorial session with supervised groups of the 4th year of the Faculty of General Medicine with English Language of Instruction, dedicated to the World TB Day.

During session they dwelt in detail on the current global (including in Kyrgyzstan) problems of tuberculosis, the epidemiological situation, as well as on the ambitious UN programs aimed at ending the tuberculosis epidemic by 2030. Ways of TB prevention, measures to combat stigmatization were discussed. It was especially emphasized that this disease is preventable and curable! The aim of the curatorial session: awareness and literacy of students about tuberculosis!
