Today, on October 12, in the foyer of the main building of the Medical Academy of Kyrgyzstan named after I. K. Akhunbayev, a charity fair is held, organized by students of the university. All the collected funds, according to the organizers, are directed to the expensive operation of the children of one of the poor young families in Bishkek-little Maryam and her brother Amirkhan, who have a congenital heart defect.

A group of future doctors-initiators of the Fair invite their peers and teachers to hot and cold tea and coffee. They also offer compote, home-made pastries.
