Today, on December 20, 2019, Vice Prime Minister Altynai Omurbekova handed over to the rector of the I.K. Akhunbaeva Indira Kudaibergenova Certificate of honor of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in gratitude to the merits of the medical university to the state.

The ceremony took place at a regular meeting of the Academic Council of the KSMA. The rector sincerely thanked the Vice Prime Minister and presented Altynai Seyitbekovna with the diploma of "Honorary Professor of KSMA" for her contribution to the development of the university. Other awards took place at the meeting of the Academic Council. The head teacher of the department B. Tentimisheva was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Professor M. Musuraliev with the badge "Sherikteshtik uchun" ("For commonwealth") of the State Migration Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, the head of the department Ch. "Kosh zhyldyz" ("Two stars"). The rector also presented diplomas and prizes to members of several student teams for achievements in various Olympiads and conferences.
