Today, on October 19, 2018, the Vice-Rector of the I. K. Akhunbayev KSMA for International Relations and Strategic Development, Professor Gulmira Dzhumalieva, met with representatives of the Andijan State Medical Institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan, headed by Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Zafar Kakharov, to discuss in detail the prospects for cooperation between the two universities and sign a corresponding agreement.

The Vice-Rector of the Medical Academy stressed that the management of the university considers it right to establish contacts for the exchange of students and teachers, information in the field of higher medical education and medical science with our nearest neighbors. Such cooperation expands the opportunities and potential of both the KSMU and the Andijan Medical Institute.
