The other day in the KSMA named after I.K. Akhunbayev hosted an event dedicated to the celebration of the fourth World Bioethics Day on the theme: "Respect for cultural variety ." It was attended by officials, scientists and cultural figures, teachers of medical faculties and medical universities in Bishkek and Osh. The participants of the action were warmly congratulated on the Day of Bioethics by the head of the National Commission for UNESCO in Kyrgyzstan S. Soltongeldieva.

Deputy Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic M.Karatayev noted the high importance of the event. Professor A. Karasaeva and Candidate of Historical Sciences N. Tentigul kyzy delivered lectures on the traditional culture of the Kyrgyz. In conclusion, T. Kudaibergenova, the responsible department of the international network of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics (Haifa) at the Department of Public Health and Health Care of the KSMA, made a speech and thanked all the guests and participants of the event.
