The Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after I. K. Akhunbaev commissioned new sports facilities, as well as a football field and a volleyball court. At the opening ceremony, the rector of the university, Professor Indira Kudaibergenova, made a welcoming speech.

The guests of the event also spoke about the importance of such modern sports grounds in the education of healthy youth: Chairman of the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Health Workers of the Kyrgyz Republic Naken Zaliev, Rector of the Kyrgyz State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports Toktobek Imanaliev, responsible employees of the State Agency for Youth, Physical Culture and Sports under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Mayor's Office of Bishkek Erkinbek Abdyldaev and Daulet Dosapiev, veterans Honored Worker of Physical Culture, Master of Sports of the USSR Lyubov Gorina.

The celebration was accompanied by a flash mob, demonstration performances, songs and dances of students and their teachers.
