Honored Economist of the republic, economist of the Medical Academy of Kyrgyzstan named after I. K. Akhunbaev Avas Razhapayev has died.

He was born on March 14, 1938 in the suburban village of Chon-Aryk. A graduate of the Frunze Financial and Credit College (1953) and the Leningrad Financial and Economic Institute (1959).

1. Razhapaev worked for many years in the office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic and its territorial divisions. Excellent student of the Financial and Economic Service of the USSR. Adviser of the first class of the Civil Service of the Kyrgyz Republic. He was awarded the Order "Badge of Honor", the medal "For Valiant Labor" , as well as certificates of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and the Kyrgyz SSR.

Today, on April 24, 2019, KSMA employees, veterans of the financial service of the republic, relatives and fellow countrymen said goodbye to a wonderful man, a true professional in his field, a mentor of young economists and financiers.
