On April 10-12, 2019, the I. K. Akhunbaev Medical Academy of Kyrgyzstan will host Science Days dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the country's first medical university. As part of this large-scale campaign, it is planned to hold six major scientific and educational events. Namely, the Interuniversity Universiade in family medicine, the anniversary scientific conference, two round tables on the topics: "Cardiovascular surgery and oncology" and "Innovative methods of teaching linguistic disciplines in medicine", the school of practical doctors and the exhibition of modern medicines."

The participants of the Days of Science are teachers, postgraduates, clinical residents, students and employees of various universities and medical institutions not only in Kyrgyzstan, but also in the CIS countries. Well-known scientists will deliver reports and review lectures on the most important issues of modern medicine.

According to the rector of the Medical Academy, the chairman of the organizing committee of the "Days of Science -2019", Professor Indira Kudaibergenova, the main goal of the Days of Science is to exchange best practices and knowledge in various fields of medicine. This event also helps to attract talented young people to the research search.
