Source of Funding
Participation in the programme is funded through an Erasmus+ grant. This grant covers the main expenses, allowing participants to fully focus on educational and teaching activities.
Required Documents
To apply for the programme, applicants must prepare and submit the following documents:
1. Copy of Passport
The passport must be valid for the entire duration of the planned mobility period. Please ensure that all personal information is accurate and up to date.
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English
The CV should include your work experience, educational background, professional skills, participation in projects, and publications (if applicable). It is recommended to use an academic or European CV format.
3. Motivation Letter (in Russian and English, each no longer than 1 page)
The motivation letters should briefly and convincingly describe:
- the reasons for participating in the programme;
- the expected outcomes and professional goals;
- the contribution you can make to the educational process of the host institution.
4. Proof of English Language Proficiency
This may include a language certificate such as IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, or other equivalent certificates. English is used as the main language of communication within the programme.
5. Draft Teaching Programme
Applicants are encouraged to prepare a preliminary lecture/course plan with a minimum workload of 8 hours in both Russian and English languages. The Teaching Programme should preferably include:
- title of the topic;
- learning objectives and expected outcomes;
- main sections and course content;
- teaching methods (presentations, discussions, case studies, etc.);
- assessment methods for evaluating learning outcomes.
