Description: Improving the practice of higher nursing education and developing practical courses.
Goals:
1. Improving the quality of higher nursing education;
2. Support in strengthening the capacity to respond to infectious diseases in Bishkek.
Objectives:
- Improvement of Higher nursing education:
- Development of the STATE VPO
- Implementation and functioning of the Bachelor's degree program in the direction of nursing and accelerated training
- Implementation and functioning of the primary specialization nursing program
- Implementation and functioning of the Master's degree program in nursing - Improving the educational environment
- Provision of material and technical equipment
- Optimization of the clinical mentoring program
- Expansion of practical/simulation rooms for students of the Faculty of Higher Nursing Education - Improving the competence of teaching staff
- Teaching staff (seminars / trainings/ short-term internships)
- Organization and holding of scientific conferences - Strengthening the capacity to collect and analyze medical data
- Organization and functioning of the cabinet to strengthen research skills
2. Increasing the capacity to respond to infectious diseases in residential areas of Bishkek:
- Training of PHC medical personnel in response to infectious diseases
- Training of medical personnel of polyclinics and secondary schools in response to infectious diseases. Training in informing the population about infectious diseases
- Development of a practical course program for students of the Department of SD “PHC in infectious diseases” - Systematization of data collection on infectious diseases
- Development of a system for collecting and analyzing data on infectious diseases
- Implementation of a system for collecting and analyzing data on infectious diseases
