General Information
Horizon Europe is the European Union’s key framework programme for funding research and innovation for the period 2021–2027.
Its objective is to strengthen Europe’s scientific and technological base, boost economic growth, and address global challenges such as climate change, health, and digitalisation.

Who Can Participate?
Organisations from EU Member States and associated countries, including Kyrgyzstan, are eligible to participate.
A mandatory requirement is participation in an international consortium with partners from EU countries.
Participation and Partnership
The programme is open to researchers from EU Member States and associated countries, including Kyrgyzstan.
Participation requires cooperation with partners from the 27 EU Member States and 24 associated countries.
Partner Search
The European Commission organises Info Days and Brokerage Events, which are key instruments for partner search and consortium building.
